Saturday, June 27th

 9:30 AM Meditation & Healthy Self-Care
Each morning, graduates will have the opportunity to participate in morning meditation.
These sessions will hold multiple examples of healthy self-care to begin the day strong.

10:00 AM          Financial Education Sessions:

                           Effectively Budgeting Your Lifestyle
During this session, graduates will learn how to best manage their finances during the current
climate and beyond. Effective tips, strategies, and resources will be presented for graduates to enforce
in their own finances.

How to Manage Credit
During this session, SEED graduates learn: (1) what determines credit scores; (2) how to manage credit (3)
potential resources available during this current climate. 

11:00 AM         Relief for Student Loan Borrower
This session will provide SEED graduates with information on the conditions for college loan repayment.
The session will share resources, programs, and strategies to navigate student loans. This session will
also include general information on loan repayment protocols as a result of the CARES Act. 

How to Navigate a Large Financial Decision
Large decisions call for a large amount of forward thinking. Graduates who are interested in purchasing
a house, a car, or making a large financial decision will learn the key steps into navigating this process.

1:00 PM            Professionalism Sessions:

Make Your Cover Letter Stand Out
This session will help SEED graduates understand the meaning and purpose of a cover letter, while
receiving tips and examples for the “do’s and don’ts” of writing a cover letter.

How to Craft a Great Resume
This session will help SEED graduates with tips to build a strong resume with a focus on submitting a
virtual resume.  NOTE: This session may be great for facilitators with experience in career coaching,
career services, business recruitment, or human resources.  

2:00 PM            Virtual Interview Etiquette
During this session, SEED graduates will learn how to interview like a “pro” and get tips on how to handle
some of the most difficult interview questions. This workshop will give tips on how to prepare for a
successful virtual interview. Students will learn how to detect "the question behind the question" in
professional interviewing, and techniques for crafting clear, concise and well-thought out answers.

101 Entrepreneur: Building Your Personal Brand
During this session, SEED graduates will learn: (1) key entrepreneurial concepts; (2) how to develop a
general business plan; and (3) suggestions to build their personal brand through the community and
social media.

3:00 PM          LinkedIn: Promote Yourself
This session will help SEED graduates understand: (1) the benefits of creating a LinkedIn page; (2) how to
build a standout profile; and (3) how to use LinkedIn on a job search. 

Professional Photos
Graduates will also understand professional attire requirements and learn techniques on how to take a
professional photo from their own mobile devices.

Sunday, June 28th

9:30 AM            Mindset & Mental Health Sessions:

Meditation & Healthy Self-Care
Each morning, graduates will have the opportunity to participate in morning meditation. These sessions
will hold multiple examples of healthy self-care to begin the day strong.

10:00 AM          Mental Health & Wellness in Action
During this session, graduates will hear from a mental health professional as they gather tools and
resources to help prioritize self-care.

11:00 AM          Networking Sessions:

Mock Interview: Practice Makes Perfect!
Available for 2 consecutive hours, one-on-one sessions (30 min interview, 15 min feedback)

Community Board: Career Network Session  
Available for 2 consecutive hours, group sessions (1 hour each session)   
Professionals from a variety of careers will share their career and educational experience with a group of
SEED graduates. Professionals will share their insight, expertise, and answer questions of graduates as
they explore potential career interests.  

1:00 PM            Closing Remarks
SEED Graduate Competition Awards will be shared and well wishes to all!
