2019 SEED Foundation Scholarship Recipient

RaKiyah Lowe-Kelly (SEED DC ‘19)

Rakiyah Lowe-Kelly has a twin brother and is the only girl in her family. This fall, she plans on attending the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. Rakiyah’s advice to the next generation of SEED students:

“Planning for college can be stressful, so don’t wait until senior year to start preparing for your future.”
