Quinton Lampkin, director of College Transition & Success

Quinton Lampkin is the Director of College Transition & Success at The SEED Foundation. He is committed to advancing equity and inclusion within higher education, especially for low-income and first-generation students. At The SEED Foundation, Quinton serves as a resource for SEED graduates, assisting them with the academic, financial, and personal challenges associated with college enrollment and success. Additionally, he provides programmatic support for the college counseling teams at the SEED schools and the College Transition & Success (CTS) program.

Quinton has spent his career working with K-12 schools, community-based organizations, and postsecondary institutions to help students cultivate the skills needed for responsible citizenship, college completion, career development, and lifelong learning.
