darahrose allen, college success advisor
Darahrose Allen serves as a College Success Advisor at The SEED Foundation. She helps students transition from SEED, perserve through college, and earn college degrees by addressing their academic, financial, and personal challenges. Previously, Darahrose worked as a youth development educator at The SEED School of Washington, DC, where she taught students social, self-help, and lifelong learning skills that enhanced their academic success.
Being a first-generation college graduate, Darahrose is well aware of the difficulties that students face. She received her bachelor's degree in mass communications from Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU), where she also served as a JCSU Student Admissions Ambassador. Outside of work, she loves exploring new restaurants and considers herself a true foodie.
