Amber Recio, Marketing & Communications Associate

Amber Recio joined The SEED Foundation team in 2021 and serves as Marketing and Communications Associate. Coming in with 5 years of communications experience in the non-profit focus areas of education and family services, Amber brings her passion and skills to help elevate SEED’s message. She manages the Foundation’s social media platforms and website, designs marketing collateral for recruitment and fundraising efforts, and serves as a communications liaison across the SEED network to ensure best practices and branding consistency. 

Prior to moving to Washington, D.C., Amber lived in New York City and graduated from Utica College with a degree in public relations in 2013. When she is not focusing on her work with SEED, she spends time designing and consulting with small businesses on best branding practices and enjoys quality time with her family and friends.
