Sean Regan, Campus Development Manager

Sean Regan is the manager for campus development at The SEED Foundation and is also the managing director of Regan Associates, LLC. In these roles and in his past work experience, Sean has developed a focus on running large-scale real estate and construction projects for institutional clients, particularly boarding and charter schools. Sean began working in the industry as a carpenter before becoming an assistant superintendent for a national commercial contractor. For the last fifteen years, Sean has served as an Owner’s Representative to non-profit and school clients, managing large, diverse project teams through all stages of the development and construction process. Representative projects can be found at The SEED School’s campuses in Washington DC and Baltimore, the Landon School, the Brooks School, the Hill School and George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate. Sean has presented papers on school construction project management at conferences of the National Association of Independent Schools, the Virginia Association of Independent Schools and the Urban Land Institute. His writing on co-locating municipal facilities has been published in Urban Land. He is a member of Herndon, Virginia’s Economic Development Task Force, Herndon’s Planning Commission, and the National Advisory Board to the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation’s Children’s Discovery Initiative.
